We pride ourselves on our ability to keep boredom at bay, so we’ve made sure that there are plenty of activities to keep you involved, busy and content.

From elegant tea parties with authentic cucumber, rolled watercress and salmon sandwiches overlooking the Hudson River, to formal cocktail gatherings and dinner and even sumptuous picnics in our garden areas.

You are encouraged to schedule off-grounds trips to museums, galleries and other social events, so you can continue to enrich your life and feel a part of the surrounding community. And, of course, you are always able to enjoy yourself in our reading rooms, sing songs and play a wide array of card and board games.

Personal Time
Personal time is very important to maintaining an independent lifestyle. All of our bedrooms and sitting rooms are comfortably furnished, elegantly decorated and well-lit for maximum enjoyment. Our library boasts several thousand titles, ranging from biographies, prose and poetry to textbooks, magazines and historical masterpieces – so you’ll never want for intellectual stimulation.

You can take long, leisurely walks in our gardens and spruce yourself up at our hairdressing salon, take care of banking needs and even participate in religious services as desired.

Comfort Services
Home is where the heart is, and we try to offer our residents all the creature comforts of home, from hot, home-cooked meals and waitress service to personalized shopping services and even crisp and clean housekeeping and laundry services.
